Guest network 1 (2.4GHz) not working on RT-AX88U

Very Senior Member
I wanted to enable a Guest network on my RT-AX88U this evening, but the 1st network on the 2.4GHz band would not show up as being available when I checked on my mobile phone. Then, I tried setting up the second guest network with the same configuration as the first attempt and that is showing up as an available network. Can anyone tell me why this might be happening?
