Hi
Let me start of by saying I'm a novice but follow guides and do research to my best ability.

Network comprises of:
- Now Broadband ISP (VDSL connection)
- Zyxel vmg8924 b10a (Modem setup in Bridge mode) IPv4 Address 192.168.1.1
- Asus AC87U (router) IP Address Gateway: 192.168.1.2 IP Pool Starting Address 192.168.1.4 IP Pool Ending Address 192.168.1.254
- Asus 68U (access point) DHCP Managed 192.168.1.215
- HP Procurve switch IP Address 192.168.1.142 Gateway Address 192.168.1.2

Questions:
- Is the IP starting pool of 192.168.1.4 correct? I chose this so I could use Diversion adblocker which suggested not to use a reserved address and use 192.168.1.3. I had no idea what I was doing here as using 192.168.1.1(x) or 192.168.1.2(x) didn't work therefore in order to use the suggested address I used 192.168.1.4 as starting pool.
- In order to get the correct time and date to show on my modem I need to do the following:

Resolve the NTP servers hostname. 0.uk.pool.ntp.org to 46.227.207.90
Under the time menu, select "other" for the NTP server and enter the resolved I.P from above.
Disable the firewall.
Add a static route like so:
Active: check
Name: NTP1
IPV4
Destination IP: Resolved IP from above
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.255
Use Gateway: Enable
Gateway: Your routers I.P (192.168.1.2)
Interface: Default/Bro
However following this my Time doesn't update. I have pinged the resolved IP from my PC and it returns packets but from within the modem it times out. What am I doing wrong?
- I get internet to all devices connected via ethernet and to wireless clients but is there anything I should change with the IP Addresses, starting addresses to make things more manageable/easier to understand?
I've attached screenshots of my configuration.

Thank you

Is you Asus WAN IP 192.168.1.x? This Zyxel doesn't seem to be in Bridge Mode.

Hi. Where would I find the WAN IP. I have checked the WAN page on the Asus router and there isn't one there. (If I find it I will edit this post)
I set up Bridge mode following this ::. Kitz - Zyxel VMG8324 as Bridge for FTTC .:: and this Setting the VMG as Modem Bridge Mode – Zyxel Support Campus EMEA (both describe same method) what makes you suggest I'm not in Bridge mode?

Edit - I checked online and my WAN IP is an address would be your External IP address, the one you see on the home page. This is my public IP address so I don't think I should be sharing that with the public otherwise people can track my location but it is not 192.168.1.x
