Having trouble uninstalling the scripts I installed through amtm

Turns out my USB drive is corrupt. I want to avoid factory resetting my router if I can.

I have a replacement USB but seems like I cannot simply swap the USBs and reinstall everything. So far I am able to uninstall Diverson and Unbound, but I cannot seem to uninstall Skynet. Every time I try to open it via amtm, the menu freezes. How do I manually uninstall Skynet and reset my amtm state?
