I'm running the latest Merlin build on the ac66u b1 model. I have a 1TB HDD connected to the USB 3.0 port. This HDD supports autosleep because when it's connected to my PC or the TV, it sleeps after a couple of minutes because the LED light start blinking periodically instead of it being permanently on or blink very quickly during data transfers.
I've read a couple of threads here about this exact same issue. The difference here is my HDD supports autosleep. After setting "Disk spindown idle time" to 300 sec, I noticed that the HDD blinks for a second or two every 5 min (300 sec) before becoming constantly on again. Is there something I can do to force autosleep ?
