Hi.

In my Router (RT-AX88U Merlin) it appears that the language setting has changed, and the Wi-Fi setting has been switched off. I have no idea what else has occurred.

What steps can I take to see what else has been affected?

Power down your router.

Disconnect from your ISP.

Reset your router/network fully.

Do not use old passwords.

Do not connect to your ISP until you're sure you have fully reset your router with a computer you know is secure and fully updated and recently scanned.

BTW, your screen shot is too small to read.

Done, done, done, done, and done. Yeah, Im still getting use to Windows (I'm a mac user) so I'm not sure how to take better screenshots yet.

And make sure you are not allowing remote access.

Administration , Allow Access from WAN ....... turned off.
Done, it took awhile, but fingers crossed nothing happens again.
