i have a problem i am on 3.0.0.4.374.40_alpha6 i cant seem to get my full 50mbps on either 2.4 or 5ghz i am posting my wireless config let me know if there is something i can try thank you.

"full 50mbps"

wireless N x 2 = 300 mbps max
N x 3 = 450 mbps max

you get the point so what is the 50 mbps come from
is that the speed your isp is supposed to provide
if yes, that has nothing to do with your wireless connection
that would be WAN connection
to test that you should use a wired PC

yes that is my isp speeds so you said my wan could be the problem?

Test your wireless speed by transferring large file(s) from a hardwired computer to one connected to the wifi. ISP speed is never guaranteed and may also vary based on multiple bottlenecks on the route from the server to your ISP.

my point was/is

you are confusing 2 different things
WAN speed - connection from your ISP
Wireless speed - your internal network

to test WAN speed
you need to use a computer that is hardwired to your router
-- then open your internet browser and go to speedtest.net
-- or other similiar site and run the speed test
-- that will test your WAN speeds

to test wireless speeds
transfer files between your wireless laptop/etc and another PC on your internal home network
