Help: Strange Problem - Cannot scan for devices.

New Around Here
Hi All,

I am facing a very strange problem with my network.

Currently this is my network setup:

ONT -> RT-AC88U -> UBIQUITI ToughSwitch POE -> UBIQUITI AC Pro

The problem I am facing is that most devices that requires scanning cannot be detect via their respective apps. However, their IP can be pinged.

For example, I have an Epson printer that uses Epson iPrint APP. If I type in the IP of the Epson printer directly, I am able to detect the printer. If I scan it locally using the APP, the printer cannot be found. Even AirPrint shows "No Printers Available"

Another example is my Sonos speaker, if I ping the IP of the speaker directly, I am able to get a response. However when I open the Sonos App, I do not see the speaker inside. If I reset it, sometimes it appears, but it will disappear after awhile.

I also have 4 HikVision CCTV, if I scan for local devices, it doesn't seem to detect any cameras. However, when I input the IP manually, I am able to connect to all 4 cameras.

I have a feeling it has something got to do with either the channels or the Ubiqiti AP causing confusion or my setup of my ASUS router.

I would appreciate it if anyone here can advice me on what to do as I feel really hopeless not knowing what the issue is and not knowing how exactly to explain it.

Thank you so much !
