Normal. Don’t worry about memory in linux environment.
You should be worry if the memory is not in use.

Only used RAM is good ram (well spend money) - but keep in mind that you might need a swap file in case you use your router extensively - the 256 MBytes are not much to handle additional tasks (as I do - see footer)...
