How can I setup my VPN router

I am a new user of At&t. I am struggling to configure it in my VPN router (https://www.allhdd.com/cisco-rv082-vpn-router/) Can I use it with a VPN or I will have to remove VPN settings from the router?

This Cisco RV082 router is End-of-Life product from 2016 and supports only limited Cisco site-to-site VPN configurations. It has Fast Ethernet ports (100Mbps) and is good for recycling only in 2022. No need to waste time with this product. Obsolete technology from 10+ years ago.
