How to: allow WAN access but not LAN

Are there a ways to configure my RT-AC1900P for a device wired into one of the LAN ports NOT to access any other LAN device, yet allow it access to the WAN? Other than using VLANs. Maybe static routes, but I'm not familiar with this concept.
