How to backup my Buffalo LinkStation via www to a other Buffalo?

Hi all,
maybe i did not found a existing howto, so please be gentle...

I have a two Bay LinkStation, a 50Mbit/s Internet connection and like to Backup to a TerraStation of a Friend at the other side of the Town.

I try to deal with dmz and nat but di not figure it out... :-(

incremental backup is viable.
Moving gigabytes across the internet with your likely-slow uplink ISP speed is a no-go. If you have 50Mbps down, your uplink might be 5 or 10.
Better to bulk-load via a USB3 drive to startup.

I don't know what Buffalo has, but QNAP and Synology have WEBDAV and rsync for NAS-to-NAS backups.
