How to Flush DNS cache? How to list DNS cache?
I have tried killall -1 dnsmasq several times and reboots, but the RT-BE86U router still returns the wrong IP with nlsookup.
I manage to fix a windows and linux client, but the router keeps returning the incorrect IP.
It is messing up one of my VPN connections.
I have also tried changing DNS servers on the router with no success, so it must be cached somewhere on the router;s OS.

dnsmasq is the only cache on the router. If it’s not being cleared with a reboot, it must be defined somewhere on the router. What kind of “wrong IP” examples do you have?

When using online net tools the server name returned 2 IPs that were different than the one returned by the router. Once I flushed the Win11 and Linux client's DNS caches, they returned the same IPs as the online tools. But when using the router's command line, it still returns the wrong IP.
