Hi
I've just bought an Asus RT-BE92U router and I'm having difficulty getting AICloud to work properly. I've got a USB harddrive connected to the router, and I can successfully access it using the AICloud app on my phone, however the app can also see my desktop PC, and knows whether it is on or not (since the icon changes colour when it is on) - if I click on it I get asked for log in credentials (account and password) - which I assume are my Windows log in name and password, however it doesn't work. It just asks me for the credentials again and again, without success.
Strangely, the PC actually appears in the list twice - and the second iteration always seems to be off, based on the icon colour, even when the PC is on.
Has anyone successfully accessed their PC using AICloud, and if so how did you do it?
As far as I am aware, I have activated everything that I need to on the router, since I followed the instructions on the Asus website, so I'm thinking it must be a setting on the PC.
Thanks.
