How to SSH into to an AIMesh Node Router?

I have SSH access enabled on my main router, and 2 Mesh nodes; I've tried SSH'ing into them at their LAN IP's using the same credentials as my main's web ui but keep getting auth error messages; is there some other way I'm supposed to be doing this? I want to be able to access their file systems in the terminal.

Are you attempting passwordless authentication? The password method should work.
