HTTPS mode certificate export

I have 384.19 version. In the administration tab, I am unable to see the export button when switching to https mode uner "Loca Access Config". Anyone know how to export the certificate? I want one just for the LAN and not for WAN.

Okay. I found out how. It is on WAN / DDNS tab page.
 
Well. That didn't quite workout. If you change the ip address of the router, the certificate still remains the original ip
