IFTTT RT-AC66U

I'd like to use the Asus Router service from IFTTT to control my RT-AC66U, which is running Asuswrt-Merlin 380.67. However, I can't seem to find the way to connect to the service. I looked through the Merlin source code and found some references to it, but it seems to be something that's enabled at build time. Is there some reason why my router model isn't able to do this, or is it not supported by Merlin for some reason?

Asuswrt does not support IFTTT at this time. What you see is just early work-in-progress from Asus that was never finished in the current GPL code.

Ahhh, that makes sense. Thanks! I guess I'll just have to jury rig something with IFTTT's webhooks.
