Incorrect Version

I have RT-AC66R with version 380.57_0 .

For 380.58 (RT-AC66U_380.58_0) I keep getting the error message when I attempt to upload:

Firmware upgrade unsuccessful. This may result from incorrect image or error transmission. Please check the version of firmware and try again.

I have tried versions from all download sites.

Any suggestions?

Reboot the router first and try upgrade again.

Are you unzipping before uploading to router ?
