Interpretation please?

Greetings. Lately when I check my system logs, I see "start_11tdc" as well as "start-upnpc" at the exact time that I logged into my router interface. It didn't used to do this. Any idea what that's about? Thanks any advance to those of you willing to enlighten the naive.

It's lltdc not 11tdc.

Thanks for the info! I wonder why the "start" command for that started appearing in logs...
