Iomega NAS reports disks full and turns disks offline

ChrisQuijote

New Around Here
I have a couple of Iomega NAS devices.

An older 150d has reported it's disks as full this morning and the disk status is offline.

I have no idea how to access the system in order to free-up space and I believe the device has no logging.

However, the disks are reporting themselves as "healthy" - all have the green ticks in the managment interface.

I would like to access the data and retain it is possible. it is the master and I am sure files have been updated since the backups were taken from it.

Is this the behaviour which would be expected?

(The device had 750GB free 2 days ago and rarely adds more than 1 - 2 GB in a day - I am trying to discover the cause of this strange behaviour)

I have written onto their support forums but the NAS area is a couple of days behind in terms of the moderators clearing messages. Also, I have tried to call but the support number I call is simply saying "Sorry, that number is not recognised" - Can you let me know the UK support number by any chance? I would appreciate any assistance!

Thanks.

Chris

Many thanks, Tim

I got through on that number and they are assessing some screenshots.

If I have any feedback which might be relevant to others then I shall update with any details.
