IP addresses on ISP router

Soon to change my ISP to one who provides a router. Only reason to use this is the VoIP phone facility on it. I can put that router in Bridge mode (what I prefer) so I can use my Mesh router system.

New ISP router has 192.168.1.1 setup. If I use the Bridge mode, will this change? I want my current Mesh router to continue with 192.168.1.1 setup if possible.

Your mesh should be providing DHCP if you bridge the ISP device.

That will depend entirely of the device in question. Go to the ISP's support pages to find out that information.

If it's bridged it won't have an IP for management as there nothing to manage.

If you want to manage it then you hold the reset button until it goes back to defaults.
