try www.punchvpn.com. Their router can do any of the 5 VPN clients including L2TP/IPSecure.I have not been able to find any documentation nor have I got any assurance from the manufacturers (Ubiquiti, Zyxel, Cisco) that any of the suggested routers will work in the way that I want. It seems that L2TP/ IPsec client routers do not exist.
