This will be my first post here, I'm a pretty noob with linux and compiling, so please don't be too harsh with me
First of all, I really want to express my great appreciation to RMerlin for this big project, and to all the people supporting this forum.
I have a RT-N18U router, which I know is not supported and will not be.
My only requirement so far, is that I need to change an IP header from TTL 3 to 64 with mangle. The stock Asus firmware does not have iptables mangle support.
I already downloaded the latest Asus GPL from here and I was hoping that someone can help me, with some advices or guidance, how to only enable this iptables mangle support in this firmware.
I can easily setup the Ubuntu build environment, I only need help with the actual iptables module compilation, or whatever is needed to do for this to work.
Any help will be really appreciated,
