IPTV on port 4, but no internet on port 3, or internet on port 3 but no IPTV on port?

My Asus RT-N66U wont allow me to have internet on port 1-3 and IPTV on port 4.

With the following setup, IPTV work, but no internet on port 3:
Manual
Port4 VID: 845, Prio: 0
everything else blank.

With the following setup I get Internet on port 1-3 but no IPTV on port 4:
nvram set switch_stb_x=0
nvram set switch_wan1tagid=845
nvram set switch_wan2tagid=0
nvram commit
reboot

Now I have no idea what to try next. Can anyone help me?
