Is it possible to setup a VPN for only certain devices

Say i wanna add my TNT stream unblocker or other VPN service account to the router so that my Chromecast can use it or maybe a linux device that the VPN service doesnt have a app for. Is this possible?

Yes. You can run a VPN client on your router and route just certain device to the VPN while others use your WAN. Using Merlin firmware on an ASUS router makes the setup fairly trivial for most people.
