Is there a particular reason that you want to get rid of your ISP's CPE? Sometimes the CPE will do a VLAN encapsulation so when you put the CPE in bridge mode the PPPoE on your router would work.
their provided ONU/modem is very low spec-ed i already bridged mode it but its kinda useless because im under CGNAT, and i want an all-in-one device which does everything so i can save power and less device to manage.
 
The ONT isn't the issue then.
