Issue with laptop connecting to GT-AX6000 wifi

I have an issue with my work laptop unable to connect to the router wifi (it was happening with latest stock firmware, I tried installing latest Merlin, but nothing changed).
The issue is kinda weird. If the laptop was last connected to my home wifi when hibernated, it does connect back with no issues when rebooted.
However, when I come back home from the office, theres no way to make it connect to my home wifi until I either reboot the router, or disable/re-enable the wifi antenna of the router.
This has been happening since a few months ago, I ve had this router from a couple years.
I havent noticed any other home wifi devices having similar issues connecting.
Checking the router logs while the wifi connection of the laptop was failing I had several entries, but none of them seem to be related to the laptop (as the mac addresses are from other devices).
Also, the laptop has a static dhcp address set in the router.

A few log examples, but again, the mac addresses are from other devices in the network :

Checking the logs from the whole day, the mac address of the laptop only shows up after successful connections or expected disconnections (due to inactivity after powered off).

If this was solely an issue from the laptop, Id not expect it to go away when just rebooting the router/re-enable the wifi antenna... am I missing something ?

Thanks.
