Good morning all,
I have limited experience with wifi routers, i plug them in and they work i browse across the router settings, and so on, anyway lately my RT-N66U as experienced some issues with 5 ghz wifi, i have an oculus quest i sometimes stream 4k video to using 5ghz wifi, sometimes it drops 5ghz wifi, only way to get my quest to reconnect to 5ghz is rebooting the router or changing the 5ghz channel which restarts the 5ghz wifi, i also noticed my samsung s10 plus lost 5ghz connection in the passed before i purchased the quest, do you think my router is on it's last legs and may be time to upgrade, or is there anyway to fix it.
I'm using firmware 3.0.0.4.374_5517, i know it's old but like i always say if it works don't fix it, was thinking of a new router the ASUS RT-AX58U.
