Is it possible to change the MTU on LAN port devices. As far as I can tell eth ports defaults to 1500 MTU. I don’t care to change the wan mtu just would like to know if I could change mtu larger then 1500 to match my jumbo frames on lan. I know bridges take the lowest mtu so bridges would have to remain 1500 or whatever is the lowest.

Yes all devices I have on Ethernet support jumbo frames and I use jumbo frames because it locally increases my NAS speeds on larger files.

Edit: Nvm I don’t think it’s actually needed for jumbo frames to work. I assume it just forwards could be wrong.
