limiting bandwidth to guest networks

if i set up a guest network, is there a way that i can limit the bandwidth available to them? I see the QOS and traffic management but don't really understand how it would be set up?

Could I limit for example that a certain guest IP could only use 1GB of data? How would this be set up?
