Looking for Phone Switch Help

I am not sure where to post this question.

My daughter is buying a small business with 7 outside phone lines and a Panasonic phone switch advanced hybrid system KX-TA1232. The contract is coming up and it is time to decide whether to sign another contract or venture out. The previous owner thinks we should talk to Spectrum. Is Spectrum going to be all digital? Is there an interface for this old switch?

My daughter would like to see caller ID.

Does anybody know about phone switches?

It's a small office PBX - and pretty old at that...

If the previous owner suggests talking to Spectrum (ex-Charter/TWC), that means they were also looking for ways to get out of that platform...

While digging about - did find some useful docs on that platform.
