I am losing Wi-Fi connection on my RT-AX58U (386.7_2) & ZenWiFi AX Mini (3.0.0.4.386_49599-g8352df7).

This is happening when the following kernel messages are shown in the log. If I am missing anything to try and diagnose this issue, please let me know.

Code:
Nov 22 19:26:34 kernel: ERROR [sysport_classifier_flow_port_add,768]: Egress port 0 is already in use

Lost Wi-Fi again sadly, and the same error logs appearing.

Code:
Nov 24 12:28:00 kernel: ERROR [sysport_classifier_flow_port_add,768]: Egress port 0 is already in use
Nov 24 12:28:00 kernel: ^[[0;33;41m[ERROR archer] archer_mcast_activate,592: ADD_PORT: Could not sysport_classifier_flow_port_add^[[0m

Similar issue - I get this - seems problematic.
Dec 10 07:01:58 kernel: ERROR [sysport_classifier_flow_port_add,768]: Egress port 0 is already in use

Changed cables, reset and reloaded router, rebooted everything - same problems keep cropping up, haven't found a reasonable solution yet.

Using 3.0.0.4.388_22525 currently, am considering AsusWRT, but will have to redo everything for my current VPN setup so haven't allocated time yet.
Okay. Actually, that's the newest firmware for AsusWRT.

I would try unplugging the router for a minute, then a hard factory reset (https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1039077/), followed by a basic configuration (e.g. change SSID, password, keep WPA2, no VPN, etc). Test again and report.

I haven't got time to be trashing my configuration and restarting from scratch. I already did that once, and it didn't change a thing.

That's right, I missed your post above. No clue... Are both radios (2.4 and 5) dropping? If just one, how many devices are on that radio?

It seems to be both radios, and when I lose connection to one (with my phone for example) I connect to the other one. But later on (at some random interval, maybe the next day), that drops and I end up switching back .I have a separate network for each radio. I've got 40-50 clients on the network, about 25-30 wireless and the rest wired. This is spread over 4 meshed routers (all rt-ax58u) in two separate areas (2x house, 2x workshop) that are all wired together. For network devices, some are small devices with low traffic, some are Wireless Cameras with moderate traffic, some other devices (TV, streaming media) with moderate traffic.
