Lost All DLNA Streaming

Hi
I am using a Win 10 x64 PC through an Asus RT-AX58U router (Asus-Merlin firmware) to stream to devices on my home network using dlna.
I use Serviio for video hardwired to my TV, MinimServer for music hardwired to my HiFi (controlled by WiFi on tablet ) and also stream SMB via WiFi to my tablet for photos.
All was running well, and once I finally setup the Asus equipment to use WiFi6, which was a nightmare, I had no issue with my setup at all.
I am a firm believer in not upgrading for upgrades sake until I have to.

Having said that I have just upgraded my PC to a much faster one (yes I know!) and now find I have no dlna or WiFi streaming at all!
My old motherboard, which connects between the PC and the router, had an intel 1Gb chip; my new motherboard has a Realtek 2.5Gb chip, but that is the only real difference as far as connections are concerned.
I always use my own dhcp settings for my connected devices as I find this normally helps when debugging.
So I have deleted my old PC dhcp in the router and changed to the same address as my old one using the new device mac code. Which appears to be working, I think?

My PC is working fine and connects to the internet without problem, as do my WiFi devices, phones etc.
The problem I have is that I have lost all dlna capability from my PC. My TV and HiFi cannot find any dlna servers and won't work at all.
I did notice the router showed the PC connection as 2.4 WiFi instead of ethernet, but that may be just another of the many Asus bugs, as unplugging the ethernet cable between my PC and router loses the connection.
My motherboard is WiFi capable but I have disbaled that function in the BIOS as I don't need it.
I have tried just about every option to do with dlna and Win 10 that I could find, all to no avail.

Is this a router issue or a PC / Win 10 issue.
I would appreciate any feedback and suggestions you might have.
Regards

Why are you messing with Windows 10? Install Windows 11 or a Linux distro and try again. Factory reset the router and manually set it up leaving the WIFI settings at default except for the SSID and password.

bbunge: win 11 is awful! I tried it last year and gave up as many things I normally use had been removed.
Instead of fully updating Microsoft have left Win 11 as a mixed composite of XP, 7, 10 and now 11. It needs to be completely rewritten as one new package.
I am currently looking at Linux as I am fed up with Microsoft's policies of changing for change sake.
I mentioned I don't upgrade, as most of the changes are nothing to do with security, but Microsoft changing this because it feels like it.

I restored the backup made before my upgrade and checked the dlna each time I made a change for the new equipment. Took me ages, but I eventually found the AMD ethernet driver was the culprit.
Another issue with Windows is that restore often doesn't work, which meant I had to repeat the whole process once again avoiding this driver.
My system is now up and running again.
Thanks to all who responded.

There are plenty of good Linux options. I run Debian 12 with the KDE Plasma desktop on a couple of my clients. The default Gnome desktop works well but is a bit weird for a Windows user. Linux Mint Debian edition is very good but I avoid the Ubuntu distress. I still run Windows 11 but am using a Mac Mini for my main desktop. Sure, I have too many computers as well as iPhone and Android tablet and phone but I help others with computer problems and need to keep up to date as much as I can.
You can dumb down Windows 11 a bit to make it easier to use. I do this for my wife.
