low-power NAS (eco)

New Around Here
Hello. Im interested in buying a NAS which uses as little power as possible, and which automatic powers on and off (or sleeps) when not in use.
It will serve as backup, music and photo 'server'. But since I (try) to buy electronics which is very low power I would like to now if anyone knows a NAS which 'goes to sleep' when nobody requests data from it, and automatic starts again when data is requested. In 'off' mode it should not use more than 2-3 watts. Most hours of the day it will be off, and some days it may not be needed at all. Performance and manufacturer is not as important, but I would like it to hold 2 drives / 2-4TB.
Is there a way to search for these parameteres? (usage Watts and Standby Watts)
Best regards Jakob, Denmark

Most current NASes will spin down the drives after a programmable idle period. Consumption in that mode will be more like 7 - 10 W, not 2-3 W, however.

The charts don't allow searching for power consumption. But you can narrow your search to dual-drive/bay models, select a few products of interest, then click the Features button and see power consumption info. You'll find most dual-bay products will fit your needs.
