Maximum Device on RT-AC3200

Hey there. Anyone has an issues with Maximum Client/Devices connected to their Asus router simultaneously? My seems to be 30 even with a factory reset and the latest firmware.

The error message on the phones/computers is just a generic "unable to connect". No errors on logsys, the only logs out of the ordinary is:

My submask is set as the default "255.255.255.0". Does it make a difference?

Your subnet mask is correct, leave it as it is. If you had set it to the one that sandman_1 mentioned that might have explained your problem.

Does this effect wired clients as well as wireless? Are the wireless devices connecting to different bands (2.4/5/5)?

Another thing to look at: why 192.168.1.135 opens ports using UPNP that fast?
Log snippet you provided shows only 2 ports, but that's in 2 seconds and it carries the same session. What exactly do you run on that machine?
I would look for the reason.

Also, disable UPNP if you don't need it.
There's no obvious reason for the limit you're seeing. Even older models can easily manage 30 devices.

Thanks everyone. Got it solved after reading multiple bug reports on the newest driver (3.0.0.4.382.50010). Rolled it back to (3.0.0.4.382.19466) and i'm back up to 37 active devices.

Thanks drabisan. Identified it is a BYOB macbook that owner has been complaining about multiple issues. Will look more into it.
