I just purchase an ASUS RT-BE88U router. I love the memory of it that's for sure as my old router I was up it's memory in a day. Anyway, I'm the type of person who love to have seperate bands (2.4GHz and 5GHz). But in the interface, it doesn't show where I can seperate them. In my old router I could see the seperation and be able to do anything I wanted. Also, I tried ASUS chat and when you get down to the part of entering the S/N, I did that and it tells me an invalid number. So does anyone know how to seperate the bands and be able to get ahold of ASUS tech?

Perhaps the easiest way to do this is to select separate SSIDs when you first set it up (basically set the router back to factory defaults, there is a check box option to set it up with one SSID or multiple SSIDS, then it asks if you want an IoT SSID) which I think is what your looking for.
Then you can look at the what the firmware did to set it up. Go to the "Network" tab on the left I think and look at what it's done.
I can't give to specific details of where to find it because I mostly use the GT (the gaming routers) devices which have a slightly different interface.

Note that the graphic you posted above is the physical wireless radios not the place where wireless SSIDs are setup.
