Currently using ac88. Planning to upgrade to ax88. Can just export my config and apply to ax88 or to set up again from scratch?

I did this a couple of months ago, and decided NOT to migrate - I just started from scratch with my new AX88 sitting next to me (during the build pahse I used different SSID's for Wifi - that was the only difference). It was for me much easier since I also had to change my "CheckIfHome" script (the wifi in AX88 uses eth6 and eth 7 for MAC adresses) and a few other thing. It was so to speak nice to have the cake (AX88) at the same time as I was eating the cake (AC88)...

I have upgraded to ax88. One question on vpn server settings. Seems there are less options in ax88 compared to ac88. And I am unable to access lan after setup. Anyone has any idea on the reason?

If you are comparing stock firmware with mine, then you will have fewer options with the stock firmware.

I see. I was trying to configure a new openvpn server for lan and internet access, which was my setup in the old ac88. The Lan is for NAS access and internet for diversion ad blocking.
I was able to connect to the VPN server but both lan and internet access do not work. Any idea what might have gone wrong in my set up?

I recommend starting from scratch and not importing previous settings.

And make sure to load Merlin and not stock asus
