Looking for a 13 Ethernet port managed switch which supports LLDP, so my ASUS router AP stops filling it's system log with missing TVL packet received. 12 ports 10 Gb Ethernet and 1 port just needs 100 Mbps (Fast Ethernet). Is there any alternatives? Supposedly the management port can be switched to normal Ethernet mode per tech support...

Finally found the "block diagram" of this oldish model. The management port connects directly to the single core CPU which is not a good thing if it is loaded, for speed.....

Still shopping the Amazon halls.....

Why don't you install a different AP ?

Thank you @degrub That's definitely a sound option. I could set it up in the den and rearrange some cables. I'd need to move it out of the way as soon as I'm done so family can use the path to the dining area....

I just now pulled the trigger on another Chinese managed switch, only 8 ports but much cheaper. (Why Walmart? Because they sell the cheapest extended warranties available, opted for 4 years, and had some store credit to hopefully lower complaint from my wife):
