Samsung S5 Neo (G903F) has 5GHz wifi with ac protocal, and it sees the 5GHz access point on my Asus AC68U router with Merlin 360.61 firmware. I can see the DHCP request from the phone in router's system log, but there are no error messages on router or on mobile. Mobile switches to 2.4Ghz and connects successfully at 72 Gbit speed.
Both my own Samsing S4 (i9506) and the other Samsung S5mini (G800F) connect to router's 5GHz at 433 Gbit speed, and they stay connected.
How do I diagnose and solve the problem with the new S5 Neo phone? Anything else I can look at on Asus AC68U, system log or other stuff? S5 Neo has "smart switch" turned off, and it has "stay connected while sleep" turned on.
