You're using a DSL capable router for Fibre (with an ONT connection)?

Is this a new purchase? Can you return/exchange it?

Are you running the latest firmware (you may want to have a look at @GNUton fork for the DSL-AC68U)?

Have you fully reset the router and minimally and manually configure it as a test (without using a backup config file to set it up)?

What other options, features, and/or scripts are you using on the router?

noting
maybe just Traffic Analyzer

i did some research and i found this

all windows devices have limit speed

when i tried on my phone and tablet i got the full speed on the same wifi

idk why and how fix it

Okay, so 'which' latest firmware are we talking about?

Details on your reset would be helpful.

Traffic Analyzer may be the issue (and 'maybe' anything else you don't remember enabling).

A backup config file isn't helpful. Not human readable, afaik.
