Mystery MAC Address in Router Log

DragonFyre

New Around Here
I am running a Asus RT-AC68U with Merlin 378.55

I am seeing the following log entrys in my firewall for a Wired ethernet device i cannot locate connected to the router or the trendnet dumb switch set up

Jan 25 22:01:47 dnsmasq-dhcp[27284]: DHCPDISCOVER(br0) 192.168.1.18 00:03:ff:79:de:c6
It is pulling a local ip address of 192.168.1.18 and disappears shortly after i open the network map.

The first of the MAC shows to belong to Microsoft.

I am kinda at a loss here.
