N56U - only channel certain IPs through a remote VPN?

Hi all. Is it possible to select certain IPs on router 1 (a N56U) and channel them through a VPN tunnel to router 2 (another n56u), while leaving all other IPs on router 1 alone?

For example, if I have a device on router 1's network with IP 192.168.1.15, how do I channel that specific device's network traffic through a VPN connection to router 2 (a N56U) that's setup to receive VPN connections?
