Need more information. What happened prior to this? Did the AC power go off (fluctuate or surge)? Did you try to do a firmware update of the wrong model?
What firmware was installed?
What do you consider a 'hard reset'?
The 30/30/30 reset does not apply to many modern routers, including any Asus offering.
