NAT Loopback on rt-ac68u 3.0.0.4.374.371

So the 3.0.0.4.374.371 firmware says it fixes NAT loopback thanks to Merlin's contribution.

However, I'm still unable to get it to work. Is there a hidden setting I have to enable?

I'd like to reach a NAS I have connected via LAN. I'm using a laptop on Wi-fi. Sometimes it'll connect to the NAS from the internal network, other times from the internet, so I need to use the external address and NAT Loopback.

Any ideas?

There's no particular setting involved. Your issue might be a completely different one.

I turned off and on port forwarding (each reboots the router) and also rebooted the NAS. One of these fixed the issue. Thank you!
