Need help setting up a separate WiFi behind VPN for Roku/Netflix but regular WiFi for the rest

Here's my situation - I have the ASUS N66U router running Merlin. I also have PIA setup. I've found that PIA slows down my connection tremendously when it's on, so as a solution, it'd be great to enable it only on one of the WiFi networks and use that for Roku etc, while still having a non-VPN connection for everything else. Is there a way to do this?
