Need help setting up NordVPN DNS servers

Not sure where to ask this so I'll try here

I'm trying to use Nordvpn with its dns servers

If I use their app (windows) connecting to UK I see the DNS servers being used as
193.160.246.245 - NordVPN - London, United Kingdom - with variations to last byte
using DNSLEAKTEST.COM

I then set up a vpn client using a opvn file generated on their website and installed it on my router
I then created a guest network (customised network) connecting via the OpenVPN for Nordvpn I just created

In the vpn client I have set Accept DNS Configuration as Exclusive
and left LAN->DNS Director as off
I do not get the Nordvpn DNS servers - I get Google servers

I then tried LAN-> DNS Director User defined DNS 1 as those recommended by Nordvpn with the DNS for my GN set to User Defined 1
and again I just got he Google DNS servers

I want to use the DNS servers for Nordvpn only when using the GNP connection so I don't want to set them in the WAN section

Can it be done ?

Have you tried setting the DNS server on the guest network pro, profile name, network, advanced settings, DNS server?
