Need help With Opera browser updates.

Okay so every time there is an update for Opera Stable, my browser doesn't update. It will ever tell me failed to download update or new update available.

In order for me to Up date Opera I have to manually download and install each one. I have have tried to uninstall it completely from my laptop but no luck.

Any Help is appreciated.
