Need help with some Port foward rules...

Okay... So I Have download master installed on router 192.168.1.CCC and I need to know what port forward rules would I need to place on the main router so my wife can access it VIA our DDNS while she is away.

she is just planning to access it from the download master windows application using the DDNS address through the default port 8081 or
