Need to setup VPN that will only route 192.168.1.x IP range on my RT-AC68U

I have not loaded merlin on my router I need to know is it possible to route all traffic out my internet connection unless it is going to a specified network ie 192.168.1.x range then out the vpn? Or will I need to install a VPN client on my systems and add persistant route? Not a networking guru by any means so be gentle. Thank you.
 
yes, you can do policy routing with merlin firmware
