No internet from wifi-computers

New Around Here
I bought a new RT-AC68U a week ago and have problem to reach internet from wifi-computers. No problem for wifi-mobiles or wired computers.
Usually it's not working at all, but sometimes after rebooting it work for some time and then I get intermittent drops. At the time when I don't have internet, I can reach all local computers and NAS from the wifi-computers. If I try to connect to 192.168.1.1, I get:
Update Software
Step 1: Obtain an updated software image file from your ISP.
Step 2: Enter the path to the image file location in the box below or click the "Browse" button to locate the image file.
Step 3: Click the "Update Software" button once to upload the new image file.
NOTE: The update process takes about 2 minutes to complete, and your DSL Router will reboot.

When I connect the cable to the computer, I've no problem to reach the GUI.

I've read a lot of pages here in the forum.
I've tested three latest firmwares and toggled a lot of settings in router, deleted and created SSID in computers, started all over (reset button at the back) a couple of time with the different firmwares, looking in computer routing table. So strange. And when I connect my old Dlink it just works with standard settings.
I need help. What is it that I can't figure out?

Thanks for reply.
I'm on a fiber connection and the router use just dhcp to get an ip and all wired computers are working.
Can it be the wan connection that is the problem.

I'm at the moment on 3.0.0.4.378_3873. I've not done reset by wps-button, only the reset button in 20-30 sec at the back. All settings was deleted and I got the startup dialog for config the router from start.
I've also tested 3.0.0.4.378.4585 and 3.0.0.4.378.4850beta. After installing, I've done the reset as above.

I will try to upgrade to 3.0.0.4.378.4850beta and then reset with wps-button.

I've now upgraded to 3.0.0.4.378.4850beta.
Turned of both fiber switch and rt-ac68u-router.
Waited 10 min. Turned fiber switch on.
Waited 3 min. Turned router on and at the same time pushed the wps button until flashing.
I've configured password, automatic ip on wan and two different ssids for 2,4 and 5GHz.
Deleted ssid in two computers, recreated them and they are both working.
They were also yesterday. We'll see tomorrow...

No it's not stable. I started to get 20 sek drops on the wifi on my ASUS laptop with a couple of minutes between. Then I got a long drop, maybe 5 min. Anyone know of a simple ping logger that only log when it start and stop loose packets?

I tested morr this morning. I had two laptops for breakfast. One asus and ond packard bell. Both was started up and working from the beginning this time.
The Asus dropped internet intermittently for 20 sec to a couple of minutes. At the time internetconnectivity was down there was no problem reaching NAS locally.
The Packard Bell didn't have these internet drops.

Maybe I have two problems.
Internet in wifi computers when switching router. Maybe solved when deleting ssid and reconfigure.

The other problem is just the asus laptop dropping internet randomly. What can that be?

After the problems a year ago, I went back to my old Dlink. Now my Dlink is dead, so I started to use the ASUS again. Upgraded to latest release.

Same problem as before. I loose internet from time to time from different wifi-devices and sometimes it is really slow to connect to internet.
Wifi by itself is no problem. I reach all wired devices at the same time when I don't have internet.
When I try to open router admin at the time from the wifi computer, I get the same as before:
router.asus.com
Settings have been updated. Web page will now refresh.
Changes have been made to the IP address or port number. You will now be disconnected from RT-AC68U.
To access the settings of RT-AC68U, reconnect to the wireless network and use the updated IP address and port number.
