I see OP received a quick and negative reply by @ryzhov_al because php5 is deprecated and replaced by PHP 7.

This package is in the Optware-ng

But there are difficulties when installing the apache with php5.

And why are you telling us? Merlin doesn't have anything to do with optware-ng.
